Many of our guest arrive by train for their stay in New Buffalo, once you're here it's an easy walk down Whittaker Street to Buffalo Street at the traffic light and we are just two blocks for there. Plenty of spots to walk to once you are here, also wine tour companies will pick you up at our property. Have questions? Give us a call.

What to expect from us
Prior to arrival you will be provided with directions to go directly to the guestroom for no contact check-in.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
On your day of arrival, we’ll send a text with steps for contact-free, check-in, along with the time your room will be ready.
This includes sanitation of all rooms and suites with Ecolab-approved products per CDC and EPA guidelines, opening windows for added air circulation, and disinfecting of all surfaces, furniture, bed linens, towels, and kitchenware.
WHILE YOU’RE HERE
Prior to arrival you will be provided with directions to go directly to the guestroom for no contact check-in.
High-touch common areas are sanitized throughout the day.
Guest rooms are cleaned upon check-out only. However, we’re happy to provide additional towels, bathroom supplies, or kitchen amenities at any time during your stay via contact-free delivery to your room..
