Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation Policy: Because of the limited number of rooms, we often have more requests for lodging than space available.  Therefore we require a 50% deposit on all reservations, one night stays require payment in full at time of reservation.  Your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 for the Inn & $100 for the Cottages service charge for all cancellation or changes.
All cancellation or changes must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.  Reservations cancelled less than the required period will result in forfeiture of the entire cost of the stay.  Failure to show for the reservation also results in full charge of the balance. The last day to change or cancel this reservation and receive a deposit refund minus the cancel fee is 14 days prior to the date of the reservation.  After that date you are responsible for the entire reservation.
 

Meals

We do not offer a breakfast at the Inn. Each room has it's own coffee maker and we provide what you need to make coffee in your guest room.  Some rooms do have full kitchens and plenty of cooking utensils if you would like to prepare breakfast in your room.

We do offer for an additional fee a breakfast basket that will be ready on your arrival, includes juice, muffins and fresh fruit, this must be prearranged when making the reservation.
